Chapter Activity 4/16/25 “Critical Incidents, and Wayfinding”

We had Regan Goan, President of RJGoan & Associates, presenting in a virtual meeting on Critical Incident Response Planning, with Wayfinding Resources.

Regan is the principal partner and lead risk management consultant for R J Goan & Associates, a New England based security consulting company. As a 27-year veteran of the public safety profession, Regan has worked at the local, state, and federal levels of government providing both law enforcement and EMS services. Regan and his team specialize in critical incident response and preparedness solutions. He spoke with us about security assessment services and particularly, wayfinding solutions. His team provides critical incident response mapping services, to include both physical products and virtual solutions to wayfinding and facility evacuation.
